Hello All, Wow it's Week 5 and we have been really busy learning some awesome things. We have the Meet the Teacher/Parent Evening on Thursday 7th March from 6pm to 7.15pm and we are looking forward to meeting you all. On Friday 8th March, the Year 6 students will be going to Omana Beach looking at our coastlines and looking at HOW POLLUTION affects our shores. On Monday the 11th of March, Room 26 will be hosting the School Assembly, we look forward to seeing you all there. In Writing, we have been focusing on writingMountain and Sea Adventures. We are studying Measurement for strand in Mathematics. We have been learning to measure the length and width of objects using the correct units, calculating the area and perimeter of shapes. We have also been estimating the length and width of objects then measuring the objects.
Welcome to our classroom blog. We are a lovely class of 26 children and our teacher is Mrs Prasad. The value for this term is being Polite, Considerate and Sensible. We had a fantastic time performing at our Senior School Christmas Show yesterday. Thank you to all our parents and families who came to watch our show. Enjoy the photos.
Hello All, Wow we have been working extremely well and enjoying all the fantastic activities. On Thursday we had our Senior Swimming Sports Day at Papatoetoe Swimming Pools. We all had a great time and got some great results:) We have been very busy practicing for our Fantastic Senior Christmas Show next week on Wednesday 12th December at 1.45pm. We looking forward to seeing you all there. The groovy and talented Year 6 students will perform a dance and sing to Justin Bieber's Mistletoe song and to Jingle Bell Rock. On Thursday 13th December, we have a special Year 6 Graduation Dinner for all the Year 6 students. Tuesday the 18th of December is our last and final day at PCS. It will be our special Graduation Ceremony at 11.45am.
